• Second Bedroom: A comfortable, cozy space outfitted with a premium Queen-size bed and easy access to a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
• Living Area: Enjoy the soaring ceilings by day, and utilize the comfortable Queen-size bed by night for extra flexibility.
• The Loft: Perched upstairs overlooking the main living area, this fun space features two daybeds, making it the perfect hangout spot or dedicated sleeping nook.

🌭Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy our private yard with patio for a BBQ (grill included!) and plenty of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach.

🏝️The beach is just 5 minutes away, and there is a foot rinsing station and golf cart parking. We have a local contact who will also deliver and set up beach chairs for guests.

✅ NOTES: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Park is available for two vehicles.
